Ostat­nio zapy­tałem jed­ną z takich osób, czy ma jak­iś sys­tem do zarządza­nia zada­ni­a­mi. Odpowiedzi­ała: „Mam kartkę – aktu­al­nie 74 rzeczy”. I codzi­en­nie tę kartkę przeglą­da. Gdy­by mnie rano przy­witało 74 zada­nia, też byłbym przytłoc­zony. Nie wszys­tko jest tak samo ważne. Cza­sem trze­ba coś odłożyć, prze­sunąć albo całkiem zrezyg­nować. To pier­wszy krok w stronę „odzwycza­je­nia się” od przytłoczenia. Waż­na jest selekc­ja, usta­lanie pri­o­ry­tetów. Dobrym rozwiązaniem jest wybranie trzech lub czterech kluc­zowych zadań na dany dzień i zadanie sobie pyta­nia: Czy jeśli zro­bię tylko te rzeczy, to uznam dzień za udany? To prosty sposób na odzyskanie kon­troli – mniej znaczy więcej, ale muszą to być zada­nia, które są naprawdę ważne.

Pola­cy są pra­cowici – mieszkałem 8 lat w Niem­czech, widzi­ałem różnice. Chodzi o brak edukacji, jak być pro­duk­ty­wnym, jak zarządzać cza­sem. Nie nadążamy za zmi­ana­mi – np. za sztuczną inteligencją. Dlat­ego my uczymy, jak korzys­tać z nowoczes­nych narzędzi, by pra­cow­ać mądrzej, nie więcej – z więk­szą wyda­jnoś­cią i satys­fakcją.

Redakc­ja: Dlaczego klasy­czne pode­jś­cie „zrób więcej, szy­b­ciej” częs­to zawodzi?

Radek Pustel­nik: To mit roz­wo­ju oso­bis­tego: ciśnij, dzi­ałaj, nawet jak ci się nie chce. Wpadamy w kult pra­cy pon­ad wszys­tko. Jasne, dzi­ałanie jest potrzeb­ne – ale dziś mamy dostęp do automatyza­cji, AI, out­sourcin­gu. Nie musimy pra­cow­ać po 16 godzin dzi­en­nie.
Wielu pracu­je jak maszyny, a mimo to mają wraże­nie, że nic nie posuwa się do przo­du. Robi­e­nie więcej to jak dole­wanie pali­wa do auta jadącego w złym kierunku. Zami­ast tego lep­iej skupić się na kluc­zowych 20% zadań, które dają 80% efek­tów – Zasa­da Pare­to. Mniej, ale lep­iej. Tylko rzeczy, które naprawdę mają znacze­nie.

Sys­tem to kran, który tę wodę dole­wa.

Redakc­ja: Czy da się kończyć dzień z poczu­ciem sen­su, a nie tylko „odhac­zony­mi zada­ni­a­mi”?

Radek Pustel­nik: Znam to uczu­cie – cały dzień coś robisz, a wiec­zorem masz poczu­cie, że nic ważnego się nie wydarzyło. Braku­je sen­su. Dlat­ego warto wiec­zorem zaplanować 3–4 rzeczy na następ­ny dzień i zadać sobie pytanie: Czy jeśli to zro­bię, dzień będzie udany? To ustaw­ia nas men­tal­nie. Jeśli te rzeczy wykonasz, masz satys­fakcję. Najwięk­sza frus­trac­ja pojaw­ia się wtedy, gdy robimy dziesiąt­ki rzeczy, ale nie te, które były najważniejsze – bo ktoś nas rozproszył, bo zabrakło aser­ty­wnoś­ci. Nie potrze­bu­je­my więcej cza­su – potrze­bu­je­my lep­szych decyzji. Najlepiej jeśli są oparte na celach dłu­goter­mi­nowych.

Mateusz Dudek: Mówimy: ter­az zdrowie nie jest ważne, później odpocznę. Ale to jak branie kredy­tu na zdrowie, relac­je, czas z bliski­mi. Pro­duk­ty­wność zrównoważona to robi­e­nie właś­ci­wych rzeczy w odpowied­niej kole­jnoś­ci, według włas­nych pri­o­ry­tetów. Jeśli sku­pi­amy się wyłącznie na pra­cy, nawet osią­ga­jąc sukces, inne obszary życia mogą się posy­pać. Musimy planować całoś­ciowo – pra­ca, relac­je, zdrowie – to razem tworzy poczu­cie spełnienia.

Ludzie mówią, że nie mają cza­su się jej nauczyć, a to właśnie tech­nolo­gia mogła­by ich odciążyć. Po trze­cie: brak autore­flek­sji. Nie zas­tanaw­iamy się, jacy jesteśmy jako lid­erzy, rodz­ice, part­nerzy. Anal­iza siebie poma­ga w roz­wo­ju i lep­szych decyz­jach.

Radek Pustel­nik: Dlat­ego z naszy­mi klien­ta­mi zaczy­namy od reflek­sji: co się wydarzyło w min­ionym tygod­niu, czego się nauczyłeś? To klucz do zmi­any.

Redakc­ja: Co zro­bić, gdy wiemy, że coś nie dzi­ała, ale braku­je siły, żeby to zmienić?

Szukaj spec­jal­istów – nie musisz sam przez to prze­chodz­ić.

Mateusz Dudek: Motywac­ja przy­chodzi i odchodzi. Gorszy dzień – nie zro­bimy nic.
Sys­tem pozwala dzi­ałać nieza­leżnie od nas­tro­ju. Przykład: siłow­n­ia – idziemy, bo jesteśmy umówieni z kimś. Dlat­ego wprowadzil­iśmy z Rad­kiem tzw. mas­ter bloc­ki – godzinne ses­je pra­cy z anal­izą po zakończe­niu. Sys­tem i wspar­cie to klucz – nie dzi­ała­jmy sami. Nawet niez­na­jomy może być „part­nerem odpowiedzial­noś­ci”.

Radek Pustel­nik: Dokład­nie. Ludzie myślą, że planowanie to stra­ta cza­su – dlat­ego robimy wspólne spotka­nia, gdzie planu­je­my tydzień. Sys­tem to jed­no. Ale sys­tem + wspar­cie = real­na zmi­ana.
